Our journey began with our love for wine. I am a sensory scientist, while my husband, Anthony Clark, Ph.D., is a flavor and fermentation scientist from Scotland. Despite my Korean background and delicate taste sensitivities that limit my enjoyment of alcohol, we both wanted to explore wines together.I struggled to enjoy most wines, particularly the budget-friendly options we typically opened, as we couldn't always splurge on expensive bottles. After many discussions about wine quality and our unique scientific viewpoints, we created ADVINTAGE®, an instant wine enhancer that transforms ordinary wines into premium experiences with just a few drops. ADVINTAGE® allows us to improve any wine's structure, balance, and mouthfeel without losing its unique character.
